World's most powerful diesel engine

The Wärtsilä-Sulzer RTA96-C two-stroke turbodiesel engine is the world's most powerful diesel engine today.

Designed primarily for very large container ships. The total displacement of the engine is 25,480,000 cc.
It produces 108,920 bhp@102 rpm and 7.6 million Newton-metres of torque at 102 rpm.

Here's a pic of its crankcase.

I've indicated ladder-steps with the red arrow.
You can climb down into the crankcase to inspect it!

Typical usable rpm range is 92 - 102 rpm
