Firstly i do not own this car.Saw it in the maruti true value booklet.I'm putting it on the forum coz know its a good offer.Dad was really keen to pick up one in exchange for the santro.Called them up,said they could bring it down to 4 lakhs.The car is fully loaded and the colour is the same blue as vip3r's baleno.i dunno why my dads not picking it up.Guys tell me some reasons to convince him.

dad says no......aargh!!!!4 lakhs for climate control,abs airbags(i think) alloys.....its a friggin top end!!!I dont know why he doesnt want to buy it.

hey does teh VXI come with climate control....i think its the ZXi that comes with it ...

yes, only the zxi variant of the swift is equipped with climate control... and ofcourse the baleno vxi now comes equipped with climate control

VXi does NOT come with airbags,ABS,EBD,climate control,wider tyres. everything except airbags is OPTIONAL in vxi.

Hmm...okay.Can someone please put up the actual features of the vxi.The guy we called said that the car was fully loaded.Also in the pic i saw,the car had fogs and alloys(i think).If i have mistaken the car, could the mods clarify this in my first post.

yeah the vxi does not come with alloys + fatter tyres and climate control.

There is a Vxi with Abs version also.

I guess the Vxi+ Abs version would be a gud bargain. Also it shud be fitted with some decent audio system+ sun film + some decent door mats etc

If it is a Zxi then it is a real steal unless there is some real damage of sorts to the car.

Off-topic:10 days back there was a blue Swift Zxi (4000kms odo reading).
The dealer was asking a whopping 5.6 lakhs when a brand new Swift Zxi would just cost 5.5 lakhs.

I'm just disgusted at the kind of used-cars market we have in Chennai.Frauds, thieves, crooks.Call them whatever!!

Vxi comes with fog lamps.
But not with alloys.
If the owner has put alloys from outside, his warranty for the suspension would no longer be valid.
Also, u cannot have options like airbags, climate control, EBD etc even if u're ready to pay for them.
The only Zxi feature that you can add is ABS at an additional cost of approx 20k.
So u really need to find out the exact extras in it,

A word of caution though! A 6 months old car selling at 1+L less than OTR price. Either car is not fully loaded as claimed or there is something wrong with the car.
