Shifting threads

I posted a reply to the thread "Ford Fiesta 1.4 petrol and diesel test driven" sometime back. While I had actually written up a test drive of the 1.6 litre version, I had to put it as a reply to an existing thread as I did not have the rights to start a new thread in that forum at that time. Is it possibl to convert that topic (No. 83) into a new thread? Can I do it myself?
Hoping for a quick response from the administrators

Hi Brainscooper,

This would have been easy to do if there wasn't 7pages of interlinked discussion after your review post!

However, i have created this new thread which links directly to your post so that people looking for a review of the 1.6 can find it easily.
