Mods, Could we feature this thread on the home page for a week or so to intimate the contest to all visitors / team-bhpians ?

Edit:: Request all interested parties to feature this on your social media pages [facebook, twitter, orkut etc] for a week or two so that this gets enough attention and helps in more number of votes. I have already done my part. Your turn now !

On a second note, how do sites like "http://www.websiteoftheyear.co.in" pick up nominations for websites. In automobiles category, I hold team-bhp.com in high regard, and I personally do not like some sites even being featured and compared with team-bhp. A site having vote traffic of approx 16,000 does not seem to be empowered enough to be decision maker.
Do these marketing/survey agencies contact team-bhp officially and seek their consent before even featuring a site on their site ?
Like this un-numbered sites can run polls without the owners' knowledge.

I dont know how important or significant is THIS award given by THAT website, but anyways its gone for Car dekho (most popular) and The Automative India (Best website).
