Pioneer P1Y for sale

Hey guys,
I am looking to sell my Pioneer P1Y headunit which i have been using since 2 months in my new esteem. Its in fabulous condition, very low usage. My car has done 1850kms, just to give you an idea how much it has been used. No scratches on the Face-plate at all. Brand new condition. Price-10k. Anyone interested do let me know.

Reason for sale-Upgrading to a alpine dvd head unit.

Cheers

Brother, as far as I know, you can get a new one for around 8k, if it's the same one Mclaren has. In that case you may want to rethink your price.

friends, i got it from car touch(milan) 2 months back for 12.3k. As far as my knowledge goes that its still available at the same price.

V1p3r, u confusing yourself, Mclarens headunit is pioneer 7750 which ain't avialable in the market anymore. And it costs 9k for whatever is left over in the market. The P1Y is still going for around 12k.

Its next to new, i am sorry but i am atleast expecting atleast 10k. Thanks for such a lovely response .

Cheers

viper, i think there was an argument between you and ford rocam(in another thread) where u wanted to clarify details about the rms ratings of the P!Y where u said that he had bought a second hand P1Y if my memory serves right.

jesal, 6850 is going for 9.8k. It doesnt have a motorised faceplate like the P!Y and also its 50 X 4 and not 60 x 4 like the p1Y. The preouts also is 2.2v against 6v in the P1y

Oops! Sorry, my mistake! I guess, being a big zero in ICE, I should keep quiet!

Well if it was 12k, then I guess you are right in quoting 10k.

Oops, Sorry jesal, i just checked out the 6850, it does have a motorised face plate. There is no additional features in the 6850 that are absent in the P1Y. But P1Y sure scores over the 6850. The additional features in the P1Y are.
P1Y
60 x 4
6v pre outs
Sound Focus Eq
EQ-EX
