I had seen the same cab on Sunday in Varthur. I was at the Sunday farmers' market there, and this cab was stuck in the traffic jam (caused by village festival). I walked past it, and like you, I too ignored the sticker

Saw a Silver Santro Xing (Regn # UA07 F 0560) being driven towards Badarpur toll road yesterday evening. It had the TBHP sticker in the center of rear bumper.

Another sighting this afternoon - an Off-White XUV500 (Regn # DL3C AS 4060) when I crossed the Kalindi Kunj bridge. Unfortunately, the driver (smart young lad) was on the phone while driving .
