I think it's quite normal for non-members to sport the official stickers on their cars. They are available for purchase without the need for a membership after all. I think Amazon sells the official Team-BHP LTD stickers too, which is probably the most popular set of official stickers right now.
That said, this could also be the cab's actual owner being a BHPian, so not ruling that out.
Got my Hyryder Team-BHPied and have
debadged most of the badges and stickers.

All of us have seen genuine as well as fake Live to Drive stickers. Generally, the fake ones try to copy the yellow and black LTD sticker. Today, I came across a unique Live to Drive sticker. It was stuck on the windshield of our university's head librarian's Nexon.

At various spots in Delhi, there’s many more I have spotted over the last 1 year but can’t locate in my album.
The Brezza I saw in Dwarka, the i20 and Kushaq somewhere in Noida.
Spotted another cab sporting the LTD sticker.
Location- Altamount Road, Mumbai.

That's indeed one unique find. What sticker is it though?
BTW, I found a unique mix of Team-BHP stickers, consisting of the red part of the new Love Cars Live Cars and the classic Live To Drive. It is my second sighting so far.
I found this Figo in Srinivasa 10th Street, Madipakam, Chennai.

Spotted at Sector 135, Noida.
Another day, another spotting. This time an i20 with LTD sticker spotted in Pune.
Spotted a Creta on Bellary road today afternoon with a LTD sticker. We traded places in the stop and go traffic a few times before I missed you. KA03NKxxxx was the licence plate.
Saw this car yesterday at Lulu Mall. Mine was parked behind you. Car looks familiar so posting it here.
