Thanks for your offer to help mustysekhon. In fact, the going was a bit difficult considering the Innova was overloaded, and the conditions were slushy in places!
I did manage the most difficult bit by asking two of the passengers to walk a few meters, that helped by lightening the load a little.

For the rest of the tough spots, the handbrake + clutch + accelerator trick helped get the car moving from a dead stop.

Spotted a white Skoda octavia at HP avenue in E city around 3:30 PM . Notices a URL sticker on the number plates, flashed my headlight before overtaking you. I was on my bike so no pics. Any takers for that ?

We did pullover a few minutes later for a photoshoot and saw you cross. I guess you must have seen the Team BHP sticker after I pulled parallel and offered help and moved ahead. Glad to see your car managed well in the slush and mad bumper to bumper cabbie drivers competing for real estate!!!

I noticed that you had stopped. But my focus at the moment was completely on the absence of black top ahead - so I failed to see the TBHP sticker on your ride. Though my sixth sense did tell me that you could have been a TBHPian considering you were the only good Samaritan to say "All OK buddy? Need some help?"

Interestingly on my unplanned return via Zoji La , the track was bone dry and very little glacier melt. To see conditions change that drastically over the course of 10 days was quite unexpected.

Spotted a black Fortuner on the ORR near Manyata tech park (the flyover before that actually) with three TBHP stickers - LTD, IDS and another. Gave a thumbs up as I overtook.

Good call - Baralacha and various water crossings were having a field day. Lots of cars and taxis took multiple hits and some were stubborn to backup and go flat out as if their cars underbody was being protected by Kevlar! I guess some poor souls took underbody anti rust paint as metal reinforcement literally.

I cruised through at semi idle speeds - this ones on a tight U-turn with liars of slush where 4x4 diesels were struggling and I crawled up at idle throttle without using H-Lock
