From the article it prima facie appears that team bhp stickers won't fall under this category. Hopefully, that be the case only.

Saw a post on Cartoq that police are fining people for posting stickers containing name, caste, post etc on their vehicles. Wonder if we'll in trouble for using the teambhp sticker. Here is the link
