Oh dear god! This is the most pathetic useless app ever! I mean, who in their right minds would actually WANT to use this on a regular basis?
Lol, reminds me of the movie Dilema, where these two friends are building a electric car with a camaro exahust sound :D
Haha. Thinking what could be the sound of this when stuck in indian traffic. Acc, break, stop, acc, break, stop, acc, 2nd gear, break, acc...
This is just so wrong!
Reminds me of the stupid Active Sound Design by BMW.
The F10 M5 also reproduce the engine’ sound through the car’ audio system. The car lost all the appeal when I heard about it for the first time.
What next? A state of the art 4D simulator instead of a real car?
LOL-I had a similar app on my Iphone and i had used it on my Accent once(after connecting it to ICE)-never tried after that, useless application, probably use it once just for kicks\fun,then forget it.
All the Nano owners who complain of their cars sounding like an auto rickshaw can add a cheap android device with speakers in the back of the car and set it to always on. This way it can sound like a Ferrari or a Lambo :-)
i have seen something similar during college days. two guys hooked up a speaker to their bullet and played wierd sounds on the go. :)
Whatever be it's utility (LOL non-existent :p), it has an amazing UI. This should be a good lesson for anyone dabbling with UI on iOS Apps. And pretty good accelerometer-based simulation.
This equipment is for car owners who cant aford a ferrari but want an exhaust sound similar to the Ferrari's exhaust note. This equipment was featured in this year's Frankfurt Auto show.
The link / URL below will take you to the story on the company (Faurecia SA of France) and the gear which can make your car sound like Ferrari.
