BMW hit from behind (No Pics yet)

Just saw a maroon BMW 325 (i suppose) hit badly from the back near the Cambridge Layout - ESI Hosital Bridge (Bangalore).
Was literally no space in the rush hour to get down and get more details.

Did not see any airbags deployed, no possible damage to the passengers....still not very sure though....

Do any of you folks know more?
