Stair Climbing Trolley

I am looking for a set of wheels that can climb stairs. I googled it and found a setup which claims to sell it, but it's through some trade directory and the Send Enquiry feature does not work.

So does anyone have any idea where in Mumbai or Pune or neighbouring areas can I order a hand truck (luggage trolley) capable of hauling loads of 100kg up and down stairs?

The trolley has a solid axle underneath and has a set of three wheels attached to each side of the axle, in a triangular fashion. This set of wheels helps it climb stairs with ease.

Also if anyone can suggest a way of fabricating one using some available local shop, it would be good too!
