How to convert MPEG file to VCD format?
Guys,
I have downloaded Movie clips from my HandyCam to PC in MPEG format, how do I convert it to VCD format? So that I can view it on the TV via DVD player?

so simple use nero buring software to do these job you can make dvd or vcd any thing from it......

VCD = Mpeg1
DVD = Mpeg2
Nero does the conversion too but its better to use specialised software like
TMPGEnc
from
www.TMPGEnc.net
U cud have better quality using the VCD format too try looking at KVCD/SVCD encoding procedures.
