Age of Team-BHPians?
(

Turned 56 this 20th may
I was 25 years old 25 years back----that's right, I turned half century last October.
I am 27 as of today...
Will hit the half-century mark shortly....:) - but that's at my work!
So,
on my bike it is more like 21..(that's when I bought my first bike with my own earnings)...
and,
on my car it is more like 35..(that's when I had saved enough to finance the margin to buy the car!)
Scooby, Venkat, Rover, Rudra, Ram... what do you say to this? We were on our bikes / cars when many of these kids hadn't even entered this world! :D
(No offense to any one, please)
20 and totally loving it..
Just glad did not fall in the last 2 categories. I am just 28 by the way:)

viky s: Here's wishing you, heartfelt, a very happy birthday and many happy returns. Sweet 27 !
I am a little older than 27, though! :).
The movie screen of my thoughts panned back to my own 27th birthday. What do I remember from back then ?
Good memories
My firstborn was a two-month-old baby boy -- today he is an engineer implementing Android on to-be-released mobile phones.
We celebrated my 27th birthday.
Bad memories
The very next night in Bhopal, 40 tons of Methyl isocyanate (MIC) gas, created by an accident of negligence and carelessness, leaked out at midnight, killing thousands of Indians in a matter of hours. Over years, lakhs became seriously ill and yet-to-be-born generations got genetic defects.
What "rightful" retribution did India's justice system mete out ?
After a 23-year trial, a local court sentenced 7 ex-employees of Union Carbide India Ltd. to 2 years in prison and a fine of Rs. 1 lakh. The convicts came out on bail in less than 2 hours on a bail of just Rs. 22,000 each. Union Carbide India, which no longer exists, was fined less than Rs. 5 lakhs.
I am 35. Someone once told me: being in your 30s is the same as being in your 20s, only you have more money. Amen!

:) And I imagine, being in your 60s is the same too. Only you have even more money, property, grandchildren and wisdom too. And you have seen the world.
I say, I imagine, because I have yet to reach the 60s.
Here's a thought...
Ever wonder why those shiny expensive red Ferrari GTs are always owned and driven by white-haired or bald men with pretty chicks in their twenties riding in the passenger seat ?
52 on Thursday. Son and daughter working, leaving wife and self comfortably wandering around the country. Udaipur next:)
am I the oldest?

Wondering who all are below 12 and 13-14:Shockked:

Exactly !! Way to go!
Beats frittering away 13 hours a day, 5 days a week of your Life,
for third-world salaries, helping some faceless corporate automaton
maximize profits, without the ghost of an intention to share equitably.
I turned 19 in July. :D
