Found good Lancer deal: 99 GLXi 29k black, alloys

Ported found this in yesterday's TimesDrive...

99 GLXi about 29k km done black, alloys, cd player+12d changer, "owner driven" etc etc. I smsd this guy - says 3.2 negotiable, which i'm assuming is = 3.0

Now naturally impossible to tell good or bad without checking the condition of the car. I don't even know how it looks as I havent gone to see it. But overall, does 3.0 for a 99 with 29k km done sound good?
