the 1:43 AAs were Rs. 900 (something), a couple of months back.
there is a honda s2000 and a toyota mr2 made by AA (1:18) lying at starmark, south city.
is that Mr Niaz Ali's Amby pic in your av'tar?
What about the size difference comapred to the 1:24? What about quality since they cost more than the 1:24s.?

Modelart is definitely the best place in delhi to buy scale models..these guys even modify your scale models on special request...a friend got his M5 modded by them(new paintjob, spoiler and rims)it costed him 1800 bucks |
I believe that will be a PreModded Maisto. I doubt they will do a custom paintjob. Show me a picture. Ill tell you what is what!!

Get Kinsmart 1:36 cars. Great detailing at 1/10th of the cost of an AutoArt 1:43
Update:
Just bought a 1:27 Hummer H1 (Maisto) and 1:27 Hummer H2 (Maisto) SUV.
I'll be getting a 1:26 Hummer H3 SUT soon to complete the series.

I have a few 1:36 Kinsmarts, while they have good detailing, it isn't comparable to AutoArt's 1:43.
If on a budget, then the Kinsmarts are worth the money for sure.
Guys,
I just bought
1:24 Karaman Ghia minichamps - 19 Sing $
1:18 Hanseat 3 Wheeler Tempo - 65 Sing $
1:25 Caterpillar 3516b Generator - 110 Sing $
Yet to post pictures as I do not have the transfer cable with me right now.
I am on heaven with first two discont purchases. :)
Help me choose... Again!!
Lambo LP640 or Ford Mustang 2010 Convertible. Both Maisto. Both 1:18

Go for the 2010 Mustang :)
auto art 1:43 costs 995 for older stocks. all new ones cost 1500.
the 1:18 cost in excess of 3000 and the new 1:18's cost 6000 odd - aston martin le mans and the like.
auto art is as subject to the vagaries of the currency fluctuations the same way most other import/ export based businesses are.
however their quality and authenticity of rendition and finesse are incredibly good and worth paying for provided you like the cars in the first place. my own hope is that they introduce a series of vintage and classic models soon in 1:43 - would be lovely to get some aston martins, alfa romeos, lancias, Jag E types, Jag SS100 etc from them.

Sent you a PM. Can I buy one of these?
the numbers are making me crazy - 1:10, 1:16, 1:18, 1:24, 1:27, 1:32, 1:39, 1:43...
@ Amit - please let me know whether 1:43 is smaller than 1:24 (forget the brand bro) :)
@Cyrus: Get the Mustang. LP is common now.
@planet_rocker: The 1:43 is smaller in size than 1:24.
