Re: What YouTube channels have you subscribed to?

Recently came across this channel called "juliaplaysgroove" where this young lady plays wonderful bass covers to popular songs. Liked and subscribed.
Don't miss the bass cover for Dua Lipa's Don't Start Now.

Re: What YouTube channels have you subscribed to?

Some nice finds.
I want to know from the techie crowd if we can just import subscriptions from some sort of html/xml?

This way we could just click on a link and subscribe to channels suggested here. (of course, the person posting would have to do a bit of jugglery)

Re: What YouTube channels have you subscribed to?

Just stumbled upon this YouTube channel named Himachali Couple. As the name suggests it's a couple from Himachal, going around camping in their Alto K10. They sleep in the car, cook on the road and basically have a great time and make very nice videos. Nothing flashy, just a rural couple on the road.

Here they show how they have set up a bed in their Alto

This person in Finland starts up old abandoned cars after diagnosing and fixing issues. The topic is very close to my heart.

Re: What YouTube channels have you subscribed to?

There's an amazing British/Dutch keyboard review channel by the name of Chyrosran22, his videos are both humorous and informative and range from reviewing modern switches and keyboards to some IBM fortress' of yesteryear and vintage keyboards.

Linked one of my favorite videos of his below (Warning - There is a little bit of swearing involved so headphones are recommended.)

3) DJ's Aviation
4) Sam Chui
5) Mentour Pilot

1) OSR (Gets a bit silly at times, but never boring)
2) Aussie Dillon (husband-wife duo)

1) Value Research
2) FreeFinCal

Current Affairs:
1) The Print

Re: What YouTube channels have you subscribed to?

I am a huge fan of YouTube!! I don’t post many video’s myself, although I have made a few some years ago. But I do follow quite a number of different channels related to my interests and hobby. I find it very entertaining and extremely useful.

I have learned an awful lot from watching certain channels. But then again there is an awful lot of crap out there as well.

My subscriptions vary a lot over time. It really depends a lot of what I am doing at any given time. As I have bought a Jeep Cherokee 4 months ago, I am trawling the internet and Youtube for anything on working on your Cherokee for instance.

So here goes

Automotive:
Number 27
BleedinJeep
Edd China
Jay Leno’s garage
Just Jeep it
Mercedessource
OutJeeping

Flying:
Rodrigo David
Yoel gilman
CuriousMarc
Pilot_obet
Quido Warnecke
The Red Baron
David Kidd

Machining / metalworking:
Joe Pie
Blondihacks
mrpete222
Harry the ferryman
Adventures with a small lathe
Artisan Makes
Frank Hose
JohnyQ90
Learning Turning Metal
Maker B
Steve Jordan
Stuart de Haro
ThatLazyMachinist

Watches:
Watchfinder & Co

Yachting & travel by Yacht
Aquaholic
gone with the Wynns
Riding Dragon

Engineering /Science:
EEVblog
Engineering explained

Mucis
HartAndBonamassa

Medical:
Dr. Sandra Lee (Aka Dr. Pimple Popper ) (I know, I know, really weird, but I find it fascinating! )

Recently subscribed to this channel, the amount of knowledge provided is extensive, and in terms a layman can understand. Elevated the respect I had for VW as a brand.

What's your Favourite Automotive Creator?

HEY GUYS ITS CHRIS FIX HERE...

We all love watching the content of our favorite creators, from youtube videos to magazines and from Doug Demuro to Renuka Kirpalani.

I keenly follow yt channels like Stradman, Doug Demuro, Big Car, The SQUIDD, EVO India, and VinWiki. Used to love Autocar's weekend episodes on Bloomberg Tv and Overdrive on CNBC.

It would be interesting to know your goto channels.

About Brotomotiv YouTube Channel

Hi Folks,

This thread is about a YT channel-Brotomotiv, which captures bodywork, denting & repainting, restoration of older cars, Paint Protection Films etc.

Disclaimer: I am no way related to the owners or the channel and I have no financial or other interests. I haven't even been their customer to share my experience with them. My liking towards the channel is only for the automotive content.

For those of you, who do not know what I am talking about, I am leaving a link below to their official website here, https://brotomotiv.in/ and a link to the Youtube Channel here, https://youtube.com/c/brotomotiv/?sub_confirmation=1.

Its a channel established in 2020 by 2 brothers, Raghav & Parikshit, who are supported by their team in Pune (Workshop is located in Pune) who showcase their work on different cars along with the challenges, how they overcome and many more details in high quality video with a beautiful narration in an interview style format

I started to watch them during the pandemic/post-pandemic and I thoroughly enjoy the process of denting, application/removal of putty, resurfacing, primer, rust removal, painting, clear coat application and lastly detailing done on many cars. I particularly liked the work they did with the Honda Civic I guess 1997/98 model completely restoring it to the satisfaction of the petrol head owner from Bihar. Other projects I have liked is the restoration project of a Hyundai Accent (2000 model I guess) and recently they are running a 3 episode series with Premier Padmini.

My liking to such shows started while watching Discovery Turbo back in the day, with shows such as Chop Shop, Wheeler dealers where they modify/restore the cars based on a specific requirement.

I want to acknowledge the efforts in not just repairing/restoration they do, but, also their effort in recording the video, editing and uploading for us the Autoenthusiasts to relish them at the comfort of our homes
Kudos to the Brotomotiv team for that

1. Are there any other such channels from India that we can enjoy on YouTube?
2. Which episode/s did other TeamBHPians like ? (Could be from Brotomotiv or any other such content creators)

Moderators: I did a search with the search tab on TBHP, I couldn't find anything remotely related to Brotomotiv Youtube Channel or anything related to such Youtube Channels for autoenthusiasts.
