I would love to drive this vehicle - Bumblebee (Camaro) from Transformer

My pick would be the
71' Lancia 2000 that Niki Lauda (Daniel Brühl) drives in the movie Rush. If you remember the scene, Niki insists that driving fast is risky and dangerous even as his would-be wife provokes him to drive faster. He finally gives in and puts pedal to the metal! The Lancia 2000 is a true 'wolf in a sheep's clothing' car: 1,991cc 4-cylinder Boxer engine that delivers 125bhp and 127lb ft of torque!

And here's the movie clip :)

Another wild pick-up truck would be 1988 Chevrolet K-2500 from the movie Tango & Cash.

Looks like the Americans are winning. Hard to beat the muscle car ain't it.
Not a lot of people remember the movie Faster starring Dwayne Johnson cause it was sort of a stupid movie. I did not watch it for the cars too, atleast, not when I started watching it. I did not even know there was an interesting car in it. However; when Dwayne Johnson gets out of jail and when the camera shows the car he is getting in to, I froze. No car has had this sort of an impact on me while watching a movie. I went back and paused the frame where they show the car. This car is not so iconic, or known too well in the muscle car scene, but one look at it and you know it means business. Faster has a lot of interesting cars except that you don't notice it. There is a Ferrari Modena and a Morgan Aero too. In front of this particular American car, even a modern, sharp Ferrari looks like a mouse. Introducing, the Chevrolet Chevelle SS (1970-72).
Thank you thread starter.

El Camino from The Mexican!

I'd love to drive this from Fast & Furious 6.
Turbo diesel, sequential transmission, magnetic dampers, it's a dream! :D

My bet too. The 'Ramp Car' from Fast and Furious. Quoting the source article @ MSN, "
the ramp car was purpose-built to flip other vehicles, and its low profile and wedge-like front end make it perfectly suited for that job. The car is custom-built, though it resembles an open-wheel race car. Despite its Formula 1 look, the vehicle relies on a pushrod V-8 engine and three-speed automatic transmission for propulsion."
I would like to go with Mach5 car from a Japanese anime series "Speed Racer" :) (later it was made in to a movie with same name) which I have dreamed about driving right from my childhood.

Mac5 is similar to 1966 Japanese Grand Prix-winning Prince R380(1965)/Nissan R380-II(1966-68), the Le Mans-winners Ferrari 250 Testa Rossa (designed by Scaglietti around 1958 through 1961), the Aston Martin DBR1 (Le Mans winner in 1959), the Ford GT40 (which was a very popular and successful racecar, mainly in Le Mans and other Touring series, in the 1960s), and the Chaparral 2C

Eleanor has to be there. The other one that looked and sounded cool was Sylvester Stallone's 55 Ford pickup in the first Expendables
