A Petrol Tanker Exploded on the Highway

A Petrol Tanker Exploded on the Highway

Yesterday evening, a Petrol Tanker met with an accident with a Bus on the Jalandhar-Ludhiana Highway. The bus was over speeding and a Petrol Tanker in the front of the bus slowed sown of a sudden. The bus driver was trying to overtake and all of a sudden it collided with the Tanker. Both the drivers went out of their vehicles and started blaming each other and all of a sudden, the tanker caught fire. The bus driver ran back to the bus and put the vehicle into its Reverse Gear and moved back about half kilometer. In such a matter of seconds, the Petrol Tanker burst into flames so high in the air. Two people in the nearby cars just ran out of their cars. And nearby standing women was strangled in the flames and was taken to a nearby hospital. There were two injured in the bus because of a collision. The Fire Trucks came in some time but the fire was uncontrollable because of Petrol. Then with help of Army and more Fire Trucks (in total about 100) the fire was controlled in about 2 hours. Here is a pic of the same accident:

Holy cow! Such a disaster.

It was very thoughtful of the bus driver to move the bus back quickly.

What could be the cause of fire? Thanks god, no one got any serious accident. Bus driver done a god job taking reverse for 1/2 kms (I guess the distance was an exaggeration). Driver needs to learn that prevention is better than cure.

By the way, is this thread should not be in street exp
