i m not in for sidhu's aquittal but the law of the land works something like this

Man gets 7-year RI for raping minor-India-NEWS-The Times of India

i just cant understand from when a rape is a smaller offence than a "brawl resulting in somebody's death"?

Rape in my opinion is the most heinous crime a man can commit......

It directly deserves the death penalty if you ask me... no trial nothing.... :@
