Your car body style preference?

For your daily use, which body style is suitable?

Here is the list and brief description on each them:

1. Hatchback: 2 or 4 doors and rear door includes the back window.

2. Sedan/Saloon: 4 doors, with 2 rows of seats and has a separate boot.

3. Coupe: 2 doors, with either 1 row or 2 rows of seats and has a separate boot.

4. Station Wagon/Estate: Similar to sedan but with extended rear cargo area.

5. Covertible: A body style with a removable or retractable roof and rear window.

6. MPV/Van: A large car or small bus designed to be used on and off-road and easily convertible to facilitate loading of goods from facilitating carrying people.

7. Pickup Truck: Small or medium sized truck.

8. SUV: Derivative of off-road vehicles but with car-like levels of interior comfort and drivability.

9. Limousine: a chauffeur-driven car with a division between the front seats and the rear.

A 2+2 Coupe with a powerful V-6 or V-8 engine would really suit my purpose considering that I travel alone 99% of the time. And it would really be useful considering my regular highway runs.

But considering there are none sold in India I stick to Saloons.

I like the sporty look of a coupe. 2+2 coupe for me too. Alas, none sold in India.

Multiple choice... My choice would be a coupe or a hatch or a sedan.

Sedan when travelling with family, coupe when you want the fun factor and hatch for daily use. Nevertheless a powerful hatch like the VW Gti would rule over the coupe in my opinion.

Sadly the only coupe/conv here in India is a SanStorm.

voted for sedan though.

Since I ride alone most of the times, a couple with a v6 would be perfect!

A coupe with a v6 engine, since its mostly me and my wife. (Coupe for coup(l)e

Again, sadly none are available. And I have to think of parents who visit once in a while. So, have to settle for a sedan.
