Pause & reflect: How will your life change after the lockdown?

These times have just shown how things are not always predictable and you need to be prepared. But at the same time, one cannot take things or the present moment for granted and needs to make the most of it.
I think I'll take steps towards the following:
1. Save more and invest more.
2. Upskill or reskill. I need that backup source of income in case things go awry.
3. Probably fewer visits to malls.
4. Actively plan to fulfill my travel and hobby goals. Cannot put them on the back burner for long, who knows what tomorrow is going to be like.

Cut down on all luxury and "non-essential" purchases and focus on savings
Avoid crowded places such as malls, restaurants, cinemas, etc. In fact i don't think I will ever be comfortable getting near-strangers until the vaccines are out
Complete no-no to public transport and ride-sharing
Invest in a good office chair for the new WFH era
Look out for a second-hand beater small car to run daily errands
Utilize the saved travel time to focus on health and fitness
Buy a good hair clipper for self-grooming. No salon visits in the near future

Time will pass and we will move on.
But i think healthcare will improve and importance of health will increase among the masses.
Mother earth is healing itself.
Its a nature's way of curing itself

1) Social distancing will still be exercised wherever / whenever possible.
2) Will be paranoid if anyone sneezes, coughs / show signs of being under the weather.
3) I still do not know if I’ll consider the monetary element to take precedence over anything
4) Will follow indian culture of greeting people through “Namaste” which is extremely safe Vs western culture of hugging, handshake / latest trend being elbow brush which will also be avoided.
5) I will detest China until the end for what it brought on the world and taking away everyone’s freedom, peace of mind etc. I will try to stop using all their products and will teach my kid not to go in for any purchase that’s rooting back to China.
