Are there any heavy creams available with > 30% fat ?
Fat is good. Sugar is not. Amul full cream is the way to go. Choose the one which has the least sugar in it. I have replaced milk entirely with cream because the cream actually has less carbs.

Yes that's why I was looking for heavy cream.
Could you point me to the "Amul full cream" product?

Amul fresh cream has 25% fat and is low fat while Amul whipping cream has 30% fat and isn't heavy cream actually. Only other brand I know of is Tropolite which is non-dairy cream and used mostly for baking cakes.

Get the fresh cream. See calorific info here: http://www.amul.com/products/amul-freshcream-info.php

No sugar, very low carb content. Works for me
