Anand Mahindra lauds a customer-centric auto driver from Chennai Mahindra Boss Anand Mahindra has lauded an auto driver Anna Durai from Chennai, who he said is a Professor of Management and can give management lessons to B-Schools about a very focused, customer centric behaviour.

As the video reveals, Anna Durai believes that he is here today surviving well with all his earnings only because of his customers. It is revealed that whereas in many cases auto drivers wait for passengers, here in his case passengers wait for him to arrive. He has kept a tablet, laptop with WiFi, TV, newspapers, magazines, snacks and even a fridge in the tiny space his three wheeler affords.
Anna Durai has set an example to be emulated for affirming the Golden phrase "Customer is King."
