A hilarious development in what’s going on between SEBI & the NSE/Chitra Ramkrishna, once MD & CEO. She said she was being controlled & guided by a ‘Yogi’ living in the Himalayas for over 20 years. This man was also responsible for the appointment of Anand Subramanian as an advisor to the MD. An audit by Ernst and Young has said that the man was Anand Subramaniam himself.

Ramakrishna in her statements before SEBI dated April 14, 2018, said that she met Siddha Purusha/Yogi/Paramhansa, 20 years ago on the banks of Ganges, and has been taking his guidance on personal and professional matters, since then. She also disclosed that she corresponded with Yogi via email, with his email id as rigyajursama@outlook.com

The unknown person according to Ramkrishna was a spiritual force that could manifest itself anywhere it wanted and did not have any physical or locational co-ordinates and largely dwelt in the Himalayas

Who would have imagined something like this was going on at one of the world’s biggest stock exchanges

Make one really think what is happening in name of corporate governance with all those independent directors(seems like eyewash) and what SEBI is really overseeing? If not the big stock exchange of India.

Makes me one wonder were can one really put investment without been scammed.
