Engine Wanted: Carb Yamaha R6, CBR F3/F4..

Hi,
I'm posting on behalf of a friend. An IITian whose participating in the Formula SAE championship with his friends next year.

They need an engine for the project, 600cc is the limitation. New/Used (decent condition) carb engine!

They need a cheap one since they're not getting sponsored for this event..
