Re: Flipkart and the "order put on hold" menace I have a rather odd experience with Flipkart. I had ordered a dressing table from them. It got delivered, but there was no update on when a carpenter would come to assemble it.
After several follow ups (and broken promises) it was found that they had not marked the product as delivered, and hence could not instruct someone to come and assemble the item.
I then sent them emails with photos of the packages, lable, barcodes. However despite repeated follow ups, they did not update the status, and eventually cancelled my order by themselves, refunded me the money, apologised for the inconvenience, and refused to take the packages back.
They can't take the package back because their system shows that it has not been delivered.
Makes my eyes water. |
