I'm thinking about upgrading to a Scorpio so selling my Ikon 1.3, the car is in top notch condition, top-end variant, used for daily commute between home-office which are 2kms apart, new tubeless tyres (apollo accelere+ bridgestone turanzas) were installed about 4 months ago, always serviced at Ford, service record available, no accidents and original paint, fully insured, has pioneer subwoofer and speakers, amp and sony xplod usb/cd/aux head unit.

expecting 1.8L for it... car has Delhi registration and I'm in Gurgaon, photos included

U'd definitely get around 1.6-1.8L. Dont forget to place an ad in the Sunday classifieds.

nice car and nice color. I have the same color Ikon 1.6 2001. I think this colour is called mica stone but you know better as per your RC.

I got the car looked at my local Ford dealership and they gave me a low qoute for what I can expect for the car... (they buy back so that might be a factor) I do think myself the car should get around that much as I've maintained the car.. I wasnt planning on advertising in the papers but I guess I should. Thanks for the tip.

The car RC says MCGREY so I guess that's Mica Stone Grey. Thanks for pointing that out

isthe insurance comprehensive or 3rd party....not that im buying but u have mentioned both in different parts of the post...

the insurance covers 3rd party as well as damage to the vehicle... so I mentioned 3rd party, i think the comprehensive meant only the vehicle and not 3rd party... i might be wrong...

Did you not see that he is in the Delhi area & not down south ? I would be happy if i get 1.5L for that, that is if the car is in great condition.

Well I booked my new Scorpio yesterday... so I really don't care about the Ikon, it's barely been used and I know what I'll get for it... It's not like it's a 98 model you know cheers...
