Are the MMT-Black Elite hotel privileges honored by hotels?

I have MMTBLACK ELITE status and I just noticed that Makemytrip is offering the following privileges "on select hotels". Does anyone have experience with claiming these privileges? Like free airport pickup/drop, F&B discounts etc.?

MMTBLACK Elite Tier:
MMTBLACK Elite members get:
10% additional discount on select hotels, applicable over & above other discounts.
MMTBLACK Hotel Privileges such as free room upgrades, early check-ins, and hotel specific discounts on food, beverages, spas and other offerings like airport pickup/drop service are subject to availability and need to be booked in advance by calling the Hotel directly.
