Killer Highway-NH4 bypass (Katraj-Dehu)

Believe there was a traffic jam near Balewadi stadium (heard on Radio Mirchi). Hopefully, its not an accident.

What was bad 3 years ago has progressively deteriorated since.
Even though road itself is in good condition (and kudos to the authorities for maintaining it) , there is a disproportionate increase in the number of idiots on it.
And with the number of residential complexes/businesses on either side of the bypass road going up, I trust this only going to get worse.
For example, there was this accident involving multiple cars posted by amitwlele in the accidents thread.
Also, in my RVM, nearly saw a a Sumo running over a lady who was fixing/repairing the median inspite of the presence of traffic cones.
