NEO SPORTS not being broadcast on TATA SKY??

I am not able to watch the cricket match. For Neo Sports and Neo Sports Plus, I get a message saying "Please dial 1860 425 6633".

There are 2 other STD numbers (one Madras and one Bombay number)

Any others facing the same problem ??

Yes. I am also facing the same problem, last week i could watch the channel but not now.

I think we need to call them and subscribe the package for Rs.200/year

You need to subscribe to them. They were free till 4th Nov. They are
charging 199 Rs per year. Was 149 Rs till yesterday.

Got to pay 200Rs/Year to watch NEO. They were showing it for free, till yesterday, as an offer.

I am having package worth 300 Rs/month, and in that package they promised that all channels will be available for free , but now they are charging for Neo sports. Cheaters......

seriously man! That commentary is horrible. Just goes to show that in a booming market anyone can land with any kinda job. Capabilities take a back seat

why do you wanna watch neo it is a crap channel and you get all india matches played in india on DD ch 101 on tata sky

Yes I too found it out the hard way. So, I called the customer Support (Hyderabad 040 66006633) waited and waited then spoke to a C/S guy. He informed me that for Rs. 199/- p.a they will add 2 Neo channels from what they call the Sports Gold package.

I know we can watch the matches in DD but once you get papmered by the quality of viewing in Tata Sky dont feel like switching to DD1. So had to shell out 199/-.

Didn't even bother watching the match. Id rather not see it than watch it on DD. Heard India won, good for them (team) but i guess the Paki's maynot have been mentally prepared, considering the chaos happening in their country.

Looks like a very old thread but anyways do want to start a new one, so will ask here. Any idea what is the charging cycle for add-on packages. I had removed Neo package as there was nothing interesting coming, but now with the IND-SL series starting on 28th Jan will be adding it back online. Wanted to know the billing cycle for these add-on channels is it on per month basis (i.e. if I add on 28th, do I get charged for the entire month) or is it on a daily basis.

P.S. An interesting thing I found out that these sneaky people allow you to add channels online, but if you want to remove any add-on package you'll need to call them.

You will be charged from the day you begin your subsciption and till the day you continue (not a day extra). Yes, it is a pain to call and unsubscribe. I guess they want to make it as painful as possible so that you drop the idea of unsubscribing.

thanks for getting back to me. I also found out yesterday night, when I was able to call them up. Smart moves these conglomerates make - whatever happened to consumer interest. Hope competition from Reliance and Bharti will be useful for us consumers.
