Went and checked the car personally,wasted some time and money unecessarily.The CAR its no way close to a OHC VTEC, its the normal 1.5Exi. So people/ (@Rex) looking for a OHC VTEC dont waste your time on this one.

Funny thing is, the owner knew it was not a VTEC still tried his LUCK. My sincere and HUMBLE request to people in Market Place, Please post only if you are SURE what car it is.

-expecting 5L+ for a 5yr old non VTEC sounds like a joke to me whatever condition the car may be in.

WITH DUE RESPECTS TO U I AM NO DEALER, I ONLY KNEW THE HONDA CITY 1.5 AND THAT IS A VTEC. WHY DIDNT YOU CALL HIM AND BE SPECIFIC OR AFTER GOING SEE HIS MANUAL.

Dont you think while you are talking to someone for taking a look at you friend's car, YOU should be sure what car it is? I believed you becoz you said you have personally seen the car, and have been in it also. You also mentioned that the owner comes to your place quite often which made me belive the car was a VTEC.

Apart from all this I did call the owner, I asked him atleast 100times if it was a VTEC, and he confirmed that it is a VTEC. He also made me visit his place twice, once he never picked the call when I was there. Some things like regional head of a ***** bank also dragged me into belief and trust.

I did not even have a look at the car to talk about its condition, it was not the car I was looking for, I went there looking for a OHC VTEC, so you tell me how does it matter in what condition the car was?

I am not trying to be offensive here, its just a humble request/advice/suggestion to our fellow BHPIANS, so that it doesnt happen in future to someone else. So before posting be DAMN sure of what the car is, or else, be ready to LISTEN to such things. Since lost time and spoken words can never be taken back.

why arent you Bangalore guys checking out Ajmat's Vtec. Its complete history is known on the forum. It would be a no surprises car. The price can always be worked out. After being so long on Team-Bhp, he surely would be aware about actual selling market price.
