This is a great reference for people from and outside Bangalore who want to invest in real estate.

Bangalore Development Authority (BDA) has made its year 2015 CDP online and you can see it by using below link. Please be cautioned that this is a exhaustive reference and some files are really large to download.

You will have to navigate to the appropriate geographic area of you interest.

The CDP is a good thing to plan but implementation is another ballgame alltogether.

Most indian cities have their CDP's but the changes they make later on in landuse and which are done without the knowledge of town planning office leaves the CDP in a mess.

The reason why all of us are facing the wreath of traffic, breakdown of basic amenities and pollution in almost every city/town.

Has, anybody downloaded the CDP 2015 as BDA have removed the file from the above website. If yes, can you share it with me please?
