Delicious rainy weather indeed. My ideal would be some Hot cocoa, a good book and lurking in an easy chair with our dogs lying on the carpet at our feet.
My baby got a free wash at the parking lot :D
The time is 4:45, but looks more like 6:30pm!
Someone needs to tell the sun that its December. Really hot and dry out there.
Awesome Mausam here in Delhi, raining in bits since morning :D
Raining in Electronic City Bangalore.
Happy that the temperatures have gone down but unhappy seeing the seasons all messed up
Raining pretty heavily in Bommasandra too. Talk about global warming. :)
I had been to Trivandrum on Wednesday and as we started our return journey the rain also started and suddenly the downpour became too heavy. The MC road looked like a canal with water flowing down in the hilly stretch up to Venjarahmoodu.
The (bad)drivers started switching their flashers on.
And there were accidents galore. First was a Fiests that rammed into the rear of an Ace closed wagon. Second spotting was of a dumper that had hit a way side house after smashing a rather new Alto. Then saw a Swaraj Mazda that had kissed a compound wall. So far so bad. The next was an overturned Ace at Kottayam near Hotel Aida. Then before Vaikom saw an Innova that got involved in a multiple hit. And last, a KSRTC fast passenger bus dashed against a wall at Udayamperror near Nadakkavu temple just before Trippunithura.
All this in a four to five hours of moderate to heavy rain.
When will we learn to drive properly and safely?
Raining here, in south Bangalore.lol: rather a few drops for a few minutes.
The Sun is burning bright , too.
Raining pretty heavily in and around Magadi road. Lovely weatherclap:
Raining here in Delhi & NCR and pretty strong winds too.
Good to see the rains however it will be a nightmare to see Delhi traffic after this. Over the years I've realised that most of the people in Delhi can't drive in rains. They will stop and avoid every small little puddle of mud/water like they just put on new tyres with a designer suit on them or they will get sucked into a never ending Black Hole, oblivious to the fact that they are creating a huge traffic jam behind them (and then multiply that with 1000s of them and you get the perfect mix for a gala time in Delhi traffic jams). And these same folks on a good sunny day will drive like maniacs on the road.
Should there be a training course on 'How to drive in the rainy season', specifically directed to the "Delhi Driver'?
Sorry for going a little OT, I drive 25 KMs (1 way) everyday to work and back, and the day it rains I pray to God 'Please, let me see sensible drivers today'. Hasn't happened till date.
Rained heavily in Hyderabad last night, abhi bhi mausam suhaana hai...
Washed the car in the morning, the rain helped in getting rid of many of bird droppings/sap/resin stains on the car.
Seems its raining almost everywhere. While its common to rain in Bangalore & southern parts at any time, its rare here. Good to see things fresh & the smell of mud.
It's raining at JP Nagar now...
