Hi Jvedanand,

Best place to look would be the tireshops which replace the steelwheels with alloys.
They usually just sell off the steel wheels, but since im guessing these wheels arent too common they may have kept a few, or may be able to tell you where to get em.

Also, just FYI, in terms of what u end up paying..... used steel wheels are usually valued at Rs 2/ per kg or something like that!!!

Check out Shivajinagar nagar area (gujri) in front of Russel market.
You need to check out if there's any rim bend or such while buying.

Gentlemen,

Thanks much for your guidance. I first went around checking with the authorized service centers of Astra, Optra, Honda City and Indigo for the PCD and other related dimensions of their 14" steel wheels. Found that the Indigo's fit perfectly. The dealer of the Indigo also told me that they have the original 14" steel wheels pulled off a new Indigo that morning when her owner went for alloys. Struck a nice deal (i think) of INR 750.00 for a set of five.

Yow!

That is not really a nice deal in terms of the market, but if if you think about it as an isolated purchase... getting a whole new set of wheels for that price is bearable.
