Run your car on WATER????

Guys, I was just browsing through ebay and look at what I bumped into! I dint have the patience to read through it all now. Thought I would share it with you folks.

eBay India: Run your Car On WATER!! (Use This Conversion Kit) (item 320264465958 end time 20-Jun-2008 10:19:00 IST)

Its some kit that helps run your petrol/diesel/turbo diesel cars on just 1Ltr of distilled water!!! Whats your take on it? And yeah, it seems it increases your FE upto 83%!
