Market in NCR is Pretty Bleak these days . I was Offered a 20 % hike on current by One of the Blue chips . Here too 7.5 % was variable. The guy on other side Politely disconnected the call when i simply asked him to give me a single reason for Ditching current organisation when I am getting 20 % hikes each year for past 5 years :uncontrol

Looks Like Bottom fishing is happening in Job market these days Due to market slow down .
