Whats the cheapest way to call Bangkok in Thailand.

How about Skype voice chat? Very clear voice (based on the net connectivity) and zero cost. The only -ive aspect would be that both the persons should be online and have a skype id. Other option would be PC to Phone calling.

Cant bcos the person cant login. Its my aunty and she doesnt know to use computer. She has a mobile phone. How does PC to phone work?

As long as you are connected through broadband, you could call a landline or a mobile anywhere in the world through Skype. It is easy to use and considerably inexpensive.

Given below is the link for the calling rates

International long distance calls at cheap rates

You would notice that the rate to Bangkok (landline) is $ 0.071
and mobile is $ 0.132

Clarity is excellent. Have had tough times when I call from my mobile to another mobile abroad, but withe Skype I must say that the clarity is good.

Thats 5.50 rs per min right ($0.132 * 42). Isnt that high, Sify charges 5 rps per min.
