There really cant be an application test or an age restriction into Team-BHP. This would defeat the purpose of such a community.

Team-BHP is open to any member as long as he/she respect the board rules, is open to learning and share toward the knowledge base in whatever way they can.

As ported head rightly stated, its the responsibility of each and every member to maintain Team-BHPs quality.

However, to add to what GTO said, the way it works on TBHP is "Innocent until proven guilty"
