While discussing this, I would like to point out that judges are human, and their personal likes and dislikes do reflect in decisions. (A bit like certain gaynecs having higher rates of caesarean deliveries than others) That, by itself, is not wrong.

almost every month has a bandh in kerala.... did u ppl read the paper? govt warns girls from wearing tight jeans and revealing clothes on valentines day im sure people will make a big hue and cry on that day in Karnataka and Mumbai especially

I disagree vehemently.Judges are there to follow and uphold the law and not be influenced by their own emotions/likes etc.And here the very same guy Balakrishnan has done a volte face.So its just plain stupidity,nothing else.Of course,what else would you expect from anyone remotely tied to the government?
