Actually all three crew were known to me. The SARAS is not a trainer aircraft but a prototype still undergoing tests with DGCA. Its an unfortunate event as the crew was widely experienced and highly reputed in test flights. The plane that went down is one of the three pre production models being made by NAL. IT is the first commercial civillian aircraft being made by our Country indeginiously. It is a set back but more so with the loss of life. May they RIP.
