Help with central gov pay-band to inhand salary conversion

I required some help regarding calculating the in-hand salary (approx), given the "pay-band" of a central government job.
The details are as follows:

Pay band: Rs.15600-39100/- + 5400 (Grade Pay)

Anyone with a clue?
