Why I may wear a nameplate while driving in/around Delhi

Interesting reading folks - perhaps those in around the area could attest if its true?

One thing that I noticed is that most of the skulls had a crack? How is that possible? Murder rather than accidents.

I am more worried about the pond and contaminated water. Reports say the skulls were decades old. Man, was this pond used for any source of water!!!

Dont they give unclaimed and unidentified bodies to research and medical institutions?
