Who is going to lift the next EPL Cup?

Chelsea could have won this year with their million dollar budget, but can Jose keep his team perfect until the end of next year??
Tell me your views guys, who is going to lift it next year and who is going to bust it next year?

Arsenal all the way
they have class
Man u are getting old
Chelsea have a big bank account and nothing else

Love the way arsenal play one touch soccer , european style

Chelsea are top contenders again I beleive...they will most probably have the same group of players (maybe 1/2 new signings) but consistency is key and with a manager like Jose M, they are certain to be near the top if no champions.

Arsenal will look to bounce back as will Man Utd but with the recent takeover n stuff things are not looking so good for Man U.
Watch out for Liverpool next year as well , Benitez has had a year now and with some new players being bought they should do better.
Can't see any other club apart from these really and my bet is mostly Chelsea to do it again.
