Where to watch an F1 race in Delhi (with commentary)

Will be moving into hostel in delhi.. dont think i'l have access to a TV there..
any ideas on where i could catch the race ?
...how about the sports bars etc

worse case scenario would be me checking into a 24hr cyber cafe and watching the whole race online.. through only a series of lap-times !

First, my apologies for digging up such an old thread. I was thinking of watching today's Belgian Grand Prix at one of these famous pubs in Delhi. Do Geoffrey's, Buzz and Pebble street still have F1 screenings ?
