RIP Abhimanyu. Really I am shocked. Cant say anything except i met him once at a meet at Pritam. I have a pic which i am posting of that meet. He was a brilliant guy who was a pleasure to talk to. Sorry to hear that they are being taken away so young.

Speechless. A little prayer goes out to his family who will be still trying to recover. Hope they do.
Wherever you are Abhimanyu, Rest in Peace.

Sitting first from left.

Rest in peace - Alfa_kilo-alfa_kilo.jpg

I doubt I had any interaction with Abhimanyu apart from the meet at Gogi's sometime last year. But from all the posts in this thread it seems he was a gem of a guy, and that is probably why God preferred to have him back.
RIP Abhimanyu, may God give his family to cope with this terrible loss.

manson.

He struck me as a level-headed chap, who could defuse even the hottest of the 4x4 debate threads with clear facts and rational analysis.

Rest in peace, Alfa Kilo.

This is indeed shocking news.

I too thought Alfa_Kilo was much older than 24, just based on his extensive knowledge and way of putting things across in posts.

A terribly unfortunate loss. My sincere condolences to the family.

Alfa_Kilo !!! It was just a few moths back that you answered my question on prepared depth that a jeep could wade thru !!! If what I've been told by my dad is true and that if indeed my Mom watches over me as I sleep !!! My friend I shall see you on the other side !!! I hope there are ridges and wadis in heaven !!!! I was on Samurai's thread reading Alfas reply post on Sam's fuel line problems. As many other threads where hes helped with his simple non techie explanations, I was scrolling down to see Sharath confirm that is what was wrong.

However it was news of Alfa's very early ....

Those who frequent 4x4 sections will miss him the most.

His signature states "A 4x4 is born..." in reference to his recently tricked out 550, which he took to Leh and back.

You will live on here with us! "A Offroader lives on..."

RIP Bro!
