I don't find this ad of Dominos in good spirit. Look at the way they have put the "sort of" Indian flag on the tee:

1. The flag is inappropriate
2. Indian flag rule states that there should be nothing (Higher flag) above the Indian Flag; certainly not Dominos badge/label

Sorry if you find this thread pointless.

PS: Its good that they are offering good schemes. But this is cheap marketing. I guess their head quarters are in Prism Towers (Dodsal?). Can we somehow report it to them?

It is certainly not. However, they have tried to use it to resemble like an Indian flag.

Oh, cmon!! Dont be like one of those politicians who try to make an issue out of nothing just for cheap publicity!

Why are we Indians so intolerant? It's no big deal! It's not like Domino's are purposely insulting the flag! The same way Sania was not trying to insult the flag by putting her legs on a table. The same way the Indian cricketers were not trying to insult the flag by putting it on their helmets.

We have bigger issues to worry about!

we are not cribbing about Domino's using this flag or insulting it intentionally or unintentionally. My only intention of starting this thread is to reach out to the concerned personnel to atleast use the right flag. (Not too sure if Indian flag can be used like this in an ad.) And follow the code of conduct. I tried to search for email ids in the ad to reach out to them first. Since, I couldn't find it, I posted it here.

PS: I just asked our marketing team to rectify an error in in Indian flag colors (drwan by kids used for marketing purpose) on a guide book. They have huge pile up of these books, but as a corporate citizen, we should be aware what to do and what not to.

As said by Starvegabond. This cannot be said as Indian Flag as this does not have a chakra. Plus anybody can use those 3 colors.

Facts :

1. Flag in the ad is not the India flag.
2. As pointed out by diabloo its Hungary's flag.

Maybe the ad company who made it were too lame or too high on something.

Observation :

Why make unnecessary fuss.

Planned action (suggestion) :

Ok, next time anyone feels like having a pizza we can look elsewhere.

Although they have used our flag colors and the independence day to market the offers, the image shown doesnt represent the Indian flag as its not complete. So I guess we can let it go.

Cause the flag of Niger also have the exact same colors but with a saffron colored circle instead of Ashok Chakra.
Anyway, I don't think that they intentionally wanted to hurt Indian feelings and secondly that is not Indian flag by any margin.
