I took delivery of white Spark LS for my colleague yesterday, 09-09-09; the day of delivery itself being quite charming and eye catchy. Driven it for about 20 kms. Though I had driven the Spark Demo Car earlier yesterday I noticed the two prominent deterrents many BHPians have posted earlier about this car. Though spacious internally the knee butts into the Aircon knob panel which appears to be an added-on kind. This happened to me though I had positioned the seat quite well backwards. This could be a real problem for some tall ones at the wheel. Also the engine whine at lower speeds gets into the cabin even when the glasses ate all up and is really uncomfortable. Clutch pedal movements were not smooth and possible could set it right at the first service. Altogether a good cute small car and I feel fully satisfied for advising my colleague to go for the Spark over the Alto which he initially wanted to buy.

The car was deliverd at 19:30 and it was all dark. The photos I took in my mobile were all so dark are not postable. The photo taken by the dealer would be posted as soon as they mail it to me.
