Guy I hope each one of you must have seen the movie 2 Fast 2 Furious.When Paul Walker is asked to reach the venue in 10 mins for a drag by one of his colleague.He turns up in a customised Nissan Skyline..When he enters and is showing off his machine smoke seems to be flushed out from the front bumper vents.Can all the inhouse tuners help me with,as to what it can be and can we have that technology in our customised cars too.

yeah busa..those smoke flushing out from the front bumper vents come wen u press the NOS wen the car is not in motion.. i mean u have to set it up tht way if u want the smoke to come out.. but that surely happens wen u use NOS.. i dont know weather we can do that same thing on our own customized cars... cheers
i think it is called NOS purge in Need for speed underground when ur car is in neutral at the begening of a race(or at any time) and u press the NOS button smoke will come out. i dont know about the colorful smoke from the movie though
it is called "purge" and is used to clear the gas from the lines which have accumulated, since NOS is best in liquid form.
BUT in 2F2F it is CO2 that they use.
CO2 to clear the lines...?? Then doesn't that slightly contaminate the NOS leading to a leaner mixture...?? How on earth does that help...??
no no they dont clear teh lines. some cars have co2 kits instead of NOS. they do this for purely cosmetic purpose.

It is called Nitrous Purge kit and can be used in any car irrespective whether NOS is installed or not.
It is sold as a seperate kit and has its own cylinder and the gas used is available in various colours.

gas in various colors!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ***.....viper only NO2 and CO2 are used. they come with different colored lights...not gas..check the links out
some guys use C02 for cooling also.. there r kits called "cryogenic" etc or something which r used to cool the engine instantly...
I saw the ad in a street tuner mag ...
they use led lights at the tip of the nozzle to get the coloured effect ...
also NOS purge is used as a blow off valve in order to maintain optimum pressure ...correct me if i am wrong ..
CO2 are pruely for show purposes and refills are cheaper ...
hey viper, these nitrous purge kits u talkin about rite... how much do these things cost?? and wat if we install these purge kits on our cars , then wud they also be able to flush out the smoke like how it is shown in the movie?
