Importing Second Hand Cars ??

Hi guys,

One of my friends wants to import a 8 year old car from New Zealand. Is it allowed or are there any restrictions to the number of years used?? Require your help folks.

Everything is allowed in India provided your friend has deep pockets to satisfy the Custom dept. hunger
